Hi, I’m Rachel,
your Everything Assistant.
THE ORIGIN
For ten years, I was a teacher. And I was good at it, not because of the curriculum, but because of the people.
I knew how to hold space, how to read a room, how to stay grounded when everything around me was loud and demanding.
But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like mine. The walls got smaller, the system got tighter,
and I realised I wanted something bigger, not just for me, but for the people I was pouring myself into.
So I left.
Not because teaching wasn’t meaningful, but because I wanted to take everything it gave me and use it on a wider scale. To support not just children finding their way, but adults building their lives.
THE WHY
Outside of work, I’m someone who genuinely believes that how you live matters as much as what you achieve.
I’m passionate about self-development, not in a productivity-obsessed way, but in a “who am I becoming and is this the life I actually want?” kind of way.
I walk.
I move my body.
I’m deeply family and friends orientated.
I believe in showing up fully, for yourself and for the people around you.
That’s not separate from the work I do, it’s the whole point of it.
Based in Sheffield, I work with clients remotely, in person, and I’ll travel when that’s what’s needed.
THE PHILOSOPHY
I started The Everything Assistant because I believe high-performing people shouldn’t have to do it all alone, and more than that, I don’t think they should have to shrink their lives to fit their workload.
My deepest desire is to create space for people to be exactly who they are, and do exactly what they’re here to do.
That’s what drives every client relationship I have.
Not just taking tasks off your plate, but truly understanding you, so I can show up in whatever way serves you most.
Because everyone deserves someone in their corner.
And because…
